Purchasing an Item
After you have placed an order via our online store, we will
contact you to confirm the goods availability and make arrangements
for payment and delivery.
We will then email an invoice to you confirming prices and post
and packaging costs. You can then use a credit card either by
email or telephone, or post a cheque to us.
Payment may be made by the following methods:
1. A cheque made payable to Where I Fell In Love Gallery.
2. An international banker's draft/money order made payable to
Where I Fell In Love Gallery.
3. Payment by debit or credit card - Visa/MasterCard/Switch/JCB/Solo.
All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling.
Collection/Delivery
You may collect your purchase or we can arrange delivery to you.
No goods will be released until payment in full has been received.
If you chose to have the goods delivered, we will include a delivery
quote on your invoice. This includes packing, insurance in transit
and delivery costs. All items are delivered by a reputable international
express courier company. All packaging is to a high professional
standard.
The goods will be dispatched on completion of payment. We will
inform you immediately of any delays, and advise you of the delivery
day.
Money back guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may
return it with the receipt to Where I Fell In Love Gallery for
a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on the following conditions:
1. You must contact us advising us of its return within 7 days
of your order's arrival with you, either by e-mail; sales@whereifellinlovegallery.com
or by telephone; +44 (0)1608 663809.
2. Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged
to Where I Fell In Love Gallery.
3. It must be returned within 10 days of the artwork’s arrival
with you.
Provided the above conditions have been met, we will arrange
for a full refund of the costs of the artwork to you. You will
not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping
the work back to us and insurance of the work during transit to
us. Refund will not be made until the work has been returned undamaged
to us.
Terms and conditions
Colour
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy
of images on our website we cannot guarantee that the colours
and appearance of artwork will be identical to the original.
Dimensions
Where given, dimensions are approximate sizes.
Availability
The availability of the artworks displayed on our site
is not guaranteed.
VAT
Where applicable VAT is included in all prices. Overseas
purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes
required.
Copyright
The copyright to the image remains with the artist or
the estate of the artist.
Risk
Risk in the goods passes on collection or on delivery
of the goods to the address stated in your order.
Title
Title to the goods will pass to you only when full payment
has been made for them.
Privacy Policy
We conform to the Data Protection Act. Your details are processed
only for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry and will not be
shared with any third party.
